DISC - Behavioural Profiling

DISC is a behavioural profiling model that can help you understand yourself and others in a specific environment. Through using these profiles it is possible to understand your behaviour and temperament and identify the communication strategies most conducive for personal and organisational success. At the same time, you can learn about the ways others differ, and the different environments people need for maximum productivity and teamwork within an organisation.

The DISC model measures behaviour in a specific situation. Unlike other profiles, the DISC model assumes that people have the ability to choose their preferred style and behave in a manner they have some control over.
